Learn how to prepare your images for print using Adobe Camera Raw and Photoshop. Heather will share her workflow for refining color, contrast, sharpness, and sizing so your finished print looks exactly the way you envisioned. This Cameras & Coffee will be led by Arlington Camera Ambassador and Instructor, Heather Harvey. Bring your questions and get ready to learn!

We invite you to grab your camera and join us for a fun and social photo walk through the vibrant scenes of Downtown Arlington’s First Thursdays! We’ll meet at 5pm at City Center Plaza and embark on a 3-hour guided exploration to capture all the people, art, and energy that make the First Thursdays event so special! Our staff will assist you with photo tips and inspiration to help you capture the dynamic street scenes and more. You’re also invited to participate in an online photo contest the following week. The submissions are judged by the DT Arlington Staff and the winner will receive a gift card to spend at Arlington Camera! The event is FREE, but you must register to attend and space is limited!

Join us for some Halloween fun as we use Godox & Nanlite constant light sources and the incredible Smoke Ninja to create spooky, dramatic effects. Learn how light, color and atmosphere can transform a simple setup into a hauntingly creative image. All attendees can take advantage of special spooky savings on Godox, Nanlite & Smoke Ninja if you wish to make a purchase. This fun Cameras & Coffee session will be led by Heather Harvey. Join us for a photo walk through the historic Ft. Worth Stockyards on Thursday 10/15. We'll see "The Herd" longhorn cattle drive at 4pm, styled models, and all the interesting sights of the Stockyards! Sony Specialists will be on hand throughout the event with loaner gear. Our Ambassador & Sony shooter, Heather Harvey, as well as members of our staff will be available to assist you if needed. On Saturday 10/17, we'll meet at the store to share our favorite images from the photo walk. Heather will be offering tips and suggestions for editing. If you wish to get any of your images printed, you'll receive a 20% discount.
