Submit a photo between October 1st and November 15th for a chance to get featured in our print gallery! This time around, the theme is "Fall Focus". Send us your best autumn colors, Halloween costumes, pumpkin spice lattes...you get the idea!

Interested in spending some time with fellow photo enthusiasts and learning some tricks of the trade? Then make plans to join us on Saturday, November 8th (10-11am) as we share lighting tips while enjoying a cup of coffee and a sweet treat from our donut wall.

Join Fujifilm Tech Rep Michael McDonald for a two-part afternoon and evening of learning and fun! An in-store Fujifilm Demo will take place 3-5pm. Michael will have a variety of the latest products available for demonstration, and can answer your questions about all things Fuji! At 5pm, we'll start handing out loaner gear and giving instruction for those of you who are participating in the Photo Walk (which is free, but you must register to attend). At 6pm we’ll be Taking it to the Streets with Michael McDonald and our staff for a colorful Photo Walk in the exciting Arlington Texas Live Entertainment District! Michael will have plenty of the new Fujifilm X half cameras for you to try, as well as some X and GFX cameras.

Join TPPA for an unforgettable photography excursion to the mysterious and scenic waterways of Caddo Lake in East Texas. From the haunting beauty of cypress trees draped in Spanish moss to the quiet ripples of glassy morning water, this is a photographer’s dream come true.

Ft. Worth Professional Photography Association is hosting a meetup Photo Shoot for members and non-members this fall. The event is a 5-hour open photo shoot at the Fort Worth Aviation Museum and will include Environmental Portraits and Light Painting. The evening will begin at “golden hour” for some environmental portraits with models dressed to complement the airplanes at the museum. Later, the group will transition to doing some light painting of the aircraft to finish the evening! The cost to attend is $20 for FWPPA Members and $40 for Non-Members. All are welcome, but you must register before the event to attend. Arlington Camera is a long-time sponsor of Ft. Texas School offers 34 classes covering a wide range of photographic study. Choose from classes to help you with creating better images, image editing, expanding your creativity or growing your business. Spend the entire week in one class working closely with your instructor who will guide you through the techniques and the skills you need to become a complete photographer.
